Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any of your goods , please send them back to us to 97 CANTERBURY ROAD, WESTBROOK, MARGATE, KENT CT9 5AX within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in an unused condition, with its immediate packaging & labels intact, we will replace the item(s). Or give you a refund. (excluding the p & p). If the garments are not in the same condition as we sent them to you no refund will be made.

We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you want to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage (unless it is a mistake on our part).

If the package is damaged when delivered to us we might refuse to accept it, and the onus is upon you to sort it out with the courier.

Underwear returns
Please note that we cannot accept returns of underwear garments for obvious hygiene reasons

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
