Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any of your goods , please send them back to us to 97 CANTERBURY ROAD, WESTBROOK, MARGATE, KENT CT9 5AX within 14 ( fourteen ) days of receipt, in an unused condition, with its immediate packaging & labels intact, we will replace the item (s), or give you a refund ( excluding the p & p ).

We recommend that all returned garments are sent by registered post or courier in suitable packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you want to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage (unless it is a mistake on our part)

Underwear returns
Please note that we cannot accept returns of underwear garments for obvious hygiene reasons

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
