P&P is FREE on orders over £99. & £6.00 ON ORDERS UNDER £99. We endeavour to deliver all orders next day. We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery.

Making A Purchase
Shopping with Big For Men could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, JCB.. Also Cheque or postal order made payable to BIG FOR MEN ( Margate) Ltd. We will advise you of any delay and give you the right to cancel. We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you wish to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage ( unless it is a mistake on our part )

Shipping And Handling
Deliveries in the U.K. are as follows. Postage & packing will be charged @ £6 per order. Orders over £99 p & p is free. Delivery to other European countries is £15 and postage to the USA is charged at £20. (Price applies to weight UNDER 2Kgs, anything ABOVE 2Kgs we will notify you on the extra cost )

Overnight deliveries to any country will incur an extra charge. This cost will be advised by telephone / email, We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you wish to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage (unless it is a mistake on our part).

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3--5 working days. All parcels need to be signed for. If you can't be there to sign for it, we can arrange for the parcel to be left somewhere you say, i.e garage, dustbin etc. BUT it is down to you if they go missing.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, and have a full refund on the items.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the computer of the credit card handling company. Our staff do not have access to your credit card details.

Guarantee
We try and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any of your goods , please send them back to us within 14 ( fourteen ) days of receipt, in an unused condition, with its immediate packaging & labels intact, we will replace the item (s). Or give you a refund ( excluding the p & p ). We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you want to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage ( unless it is a mistake on our part ).

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any of your goods , please send them back to us to 97 CANTERBURY ROAD, WESTBROOK, MARGATE, KENT CT9 5AX within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in an unused condition, with its immediate packaging & labels intact, we will replace the item(s). Or give you a refund. (excluding the p & p). If the garments are not in the same condition as we sent them to you no refund will be made.
